INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION
We’ll meet, usually once a week for an hour, to give you the necessary attention to start making changes in your life.
During these sessions, you can talk about the things that are troubling you and share some context to your situation.
We’ll work out what you want to get from our time together and make a plan to achieve this.


GROUP CONSULTATION
Deep process work within a group setting of 8-10 men under the guidance of two experienced group facilitators.
These session are full day events. We offer five places for deep process work and up to five places for ‘supporters’.
The group setting amplifies the focus and attention available to your process work
NO PSYCHOBABBLE
Life can be confusing enough without adding unnecessary jargon to the mix.
Our commitment is to speak plainly and to keep the use of ‘therapy speak’ to the absolute bare minimum.
If you do learn some new terminology, it will be straightforward and understandable.
